Sunglasses Manufacturer | OEM & ODM Eyewear Factory | Seesun
Natural variation is part of the character of custom buffalo horn eyewear. SEESUN selects each piece with the intended frame shape in mind, allowing tone and grain differences to remain visible rather than forcing an artificial uniformity. This material-led approach reflects the experience of a buffalo horn eyewear manufacturer.

COLLECTION
Custom buffalo horn eyewear carries natural variation in grain, tone and translucency from one piece to another. SEESUN, the buffalo horn eyewear manufacturer for the project, matches material selection to the approved frame direction so those differences remain part of the design.

Photography lighting and surface reflections may cause the horn tone and color to appear slightly different in images. The physical sample should be used as the final color reference.
DESIGN WITH NATURAL HORN
Buffalo horn is not a uniform industrial sheet. Tone, grain and translucency vary from piece to piece, so the frame design needs to be judged around the material actually selected.

Tone and grain are judged across the whole frame, since individual horn pieces will not match identically. A coherent result still allows the material’s natural variation to remain visible.

Section thickness changes how much translucency and color depth are visible across the front and temples. That relationship should be considered before the frame profile is finalized.

Metal hinges and nose-pad fittings create rigid interfaces within a natural-material frame. Their position and seating need to stay clean without disrupting the frame profile or obscuring the horn’s natural character.
