Sunglasses Manufacturer | OEM & ODM Eyewear Factory | Seesun
Fine metal frames expose small alignment errors quickly. Rim shape, bridge geometry and component fit therefore need to be reviewed together in custom metal sunglasses. SEESUN carries those checks through sampling and production as the metal sunglasses manufacturer, so the front, hinges, nose-pad system and temples meet cleanly.

COLLECTION
Rim profile, bridge geometry and frame proportion define the character of a metal frame before finish and lens choices are added. The six custom metal sunglasses below compare different front structures, lens-mounting approaches and side details before a collection direction is fixed.

Faceted metal sections build a more architectural front around the green lenses, with the layered structure remaining visible from the side.

Layered metal rings surround the dark round lenses, while the patterned bridge and rim details add depth without changing the clean circular profile.

Large square lenses carry most of the visual weight, with slim metal temples and exposed mounting points keeping the construction visually light.

A fine double bridge supports the oversized gradient lenses, creating a more open front while slim temples keep the side profile restrained.

Fine metal temples, a slim bridge and discreet lens hardware give this green-lens frame a lighter, less decorative direction.

Blue square lenses contrast with the fine gold-tone frame, while patterned temple details give the side view more structure than the front suggests.

METAL FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Visible hardware becomes part of the design in custom metal sunglasses. Lens mounts, decorative details and multi-part fronts leave spacing and alignment exposed, so small inconsistencies can remain obvious after assembly.

Exposed lens mounts make the fixing points part of the front design. Their position around the bridge and lens edges needs to remain balanced so the hardware does not interrupt the intended geometry of the metal sunglasses.

Chain-style metal detailing follows the rim and continues into the temple, making spacing part of the finished outline. Uneven placement becomes easy to notice across such a long visible edge.

Several metal sections and visible fasteners share the same front. Consistent registration at the edges and fixing points keeps the assembly visually continuous across the brow and lens openings.
Bring the rim profile, bridge direction or finish target for your custom metal sunglasses. We can check the connection points and sample details that need to be fixed before the design is released for production.
